Our selection of cladding options allows for seamless visual connection if you are looking to build a garage now and an A1home later. Standalone garages are offered in three pre-designed plans: Single Car Garage 25.8 sqm. Double Garage 38.2 sqm. Triple Garage 56.7 sqm.

Our Transportable homes are designed to be great value baches, farm workers homes or for those wanting basic creature comforts and honest to goodness practicality. They are built on our site, then transported to your site. A1homes Transportables arrive ready-prepared for gib stopping and painting, with the kitchen, plumbing and electrical fittings completed.
Look beyond the shores of New Zealand and you will very likely find an A1home positioned proudly upon soil on any one of the Pacific Islands and outer territories. All materials in our popular Kit homes pack down and freight safely across the pacific ocean in shipping containers to be erected on site. We’re happy to help with shipping or we can supply the Kit home materials and leave the rest to you. As with all our A1homes plans, designs are fully flexible, adhere to environmental standards and, if necessary, even cultural requirements.
