For those wanting to do as much as possible themselves, to run the job and perhaps do some of the building work, our Kit Homes are the ideal option, and a wonderful way to save funds. We supply all materials (see the schedule of A1 Home Comforts that come with every A1Home) on a predetermined schedule and deliver them to your building site. You can either build yourself if you’ve got the qualifications or desire, or contract a builder and all subbies to do the work for you. This option can be extremely rewarding for those equipped with good project management skills, and it can prove incredibly cost effective, saving you tens of thousands of dollars at the completion of the job!

TRANSPORTABLE HOMES

Our Transportable Homes are designed to be great value baches, farm workers homes or for those wanting basic creature comforts and honest to goodness practicality. They are built on our site, then transported to your site. A1homes Transportables arrive ready-prepared for gib stopping and painting, with the kitchen, plumbing and electrical fittings completed.

FULL BUILD

For those who would prefer to watch the home come to life in front of them, we also offer the option of a Full Build. You can sit back and put the entire job in the hands of professionals. We will run the full job for you, handling the process from go to whoa, and hand over your keys at the end of the project.
