The Kiwi dream has come a long way since the elusive quarter acre. That’s why we’re proud to still be able to provide a Kiwi solution for your first home, second home, a home where you need a bit more home, or even your home away from home.

We offer a range of plans from 60 to 250 square metres. These can be built straight from the plans, or we can use them as inspiration to create your own Kiwi dream.

Pricing Transparency

All with the goal of price transparency, our pricing process is broken into two sections. Known cost is covered by our Base Build price and the costs we’ll need your help with. Each site being unique.

All the homes on this website are based on a Base Build known pricing for the region. The Base Build price differs region to region due to various councils, building authorities and local requirements.

We recommend getting in contact early in your building journey, so we can help you along the way, or if using our homefinder on the website. We have tried to make things as transparent and easy as possible by having a Base Build price with the “Unique to your site” costs shown below as a guide. This cost will always be dependant on your site and may require a site visit.

At the current time H1 Energy requirements for each standard home have been calculated based on Zone 2 for the North Island & Zone 5 for the South Island.
Should your build site be in a different zone or alterations made to the plans then your H1 Energy requirements will need to be discussed with your A1 Regional Representative.
